Salary Range:
£25,000 to £28,000 gross per annum, depending on experience


Due to growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Project Administrator Construction with great communication, attention to detail, and organisational and time management skills for our Fire Risk Assessment project.


A key requirement for this role is having access to a car for work purposes, as site visits and small collection/delivery tasks will be necessary.

Main Objectives of the role:


  • The Project Assistant will be the first point of contact for everyone contacting the site and supporting them as required
  • Provide assistance and administrative support to the Site Manager and the rest of the team
  • Liaise with residents and the site's team to effectively deliver on commitments
  • Assist in overseeing the works to ensure they are conducted safely and meet the specified requirements in terms of cost, quality and timescale
  • Book appointments and manage project trackers
  • Help prepare and review budgets
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (i.e., contracts and terms of the agreement)
  • Carry on the site visits and small collection/ delivery tasks.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Professional and highly organised with strong timemanagement skills
  • Good typing skills and strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and telephone etiquette manners
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines, change in priorities and work effectively as part of a team
  • Clean, UK driving licence and own a vehicle

Desirable:


  • An interest in the construction/ social housing sectors, with a willingness to keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and legislation
