A career-defining opportunity with a prominent international design studio, seeking a project leader for a flagship agenda-setting scheme.

Do you have the proven ability to manage flagship/high-profile projects on an international stage?

We are looking for an individual with demonstrable experience managing large-scale projects (construction values in the region/excess of £120m-£200m+), overseeing internal teams of 15-20, acting as direct client contact (including strong presentation skills) + managing large teams of external consultants on a single project).

This is not a production role. This is a strategic hire that initiates a period of transformative change in the studio's London office.

The initial requirement revolves around an agenda-setting project that is tasked with establishing a new city destination.

This project requires a senior individual who can be relied upon to oversee the planning and mobilisation phase whilst overseeing a large team of leading industry professionals in a client-facing environment.

The project is highly confidential, but further details will be disclosed to successful applicants.

The studio doesn't silo staff and offers room for exponential career growth.

Successful applicants will demonstrate a pedigree of top tier studio experience here in the UK, alongside ARB accreditation.
