- A Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
- Experienced CFO, ideally in a Buy and Build PE Backed Business. Highly desirable to have experience in the Healthcare, consumer facing and/or related sectors.

Marks Sattin Executive Search are working with a Buy and Build PE Backed Multisite Consumer Facing Healthcare business in their search for a best-in-class CFO to partner the CEO and Private Equity firm as they embark on the next stage of the business' growth trajectory; this is a unique and dynamic business that is looking to grow their business via a M&A strategy as well as organic growth.
Working closely with senior management team and Investment house, the CFO will be at the forefront of ensuring financial excellence and executing due diligence for potential acquisitions . This role will oversee the FP&A and reporting functions involved with a roll out; enhancing the monthly management information to increase the transparency of P&L analysis.
As a CFO you will cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, while been a trusted advisor in the business' financial performance; continuously improve systems, processes and controls, ensuring that the business is efficient and commercially focussed and customer-oriented.
