The Company
The HEX Group consists of Bri-Stor Systems Ltd, Alpha Manufacturing Ltd & Atlas Coatings Ltd and we are based in Hixon, Staffordshire.
We are looking to strengthen our Accounts team with the recruitment of an Accounts Clerk.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Processing high volumes of purchase/sales invoices
- Raising queries internally
- Ensuring adherence to procedures and payment terms
- Statement reconciliation
- Post invoices on the accounts system
- Prepare payment runs monthly
- Credit control
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Administrative tasks to support the Accounts team
The Person
- Ability to work in a fast
- Excellent teamwork
- Ability to communicate in all formats and at all levels with colleagues, managers and external organisations
- Excellent organisational skills
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven and selfmotivated
- Experience with SAGE X3 is preferred but not essential
- AAT Level 3 would be advantageous
