Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Location: London/Remote(flexible hybrid/remote model)

35 hours per week

Over 20% employer pension contribution, flexible working

My client, a foreword-thinking public sector organisation is looking for a Head of IT to join them in the new year as they head through a major period of growth This is a brilliant opportunity for an IT Manager or Head of IT who is looking to work for a worthwhile cause while developing their skills with great benefits.

As Head of IT you will lead the IT function including Network & Infrastructure, oversee and implement the IT strategy across the business. The role will also involve stakeholder management and thinking on your feet to fire-fighting and come up with solutions on a daily basis.

The Head of IT will benefit from a very strong work-life balance that includes flexible, autonomy in a hybrid or remote model with 35 hour working weeks.

Skills required for the Head of IT are:

-Leadership skills & experience

-Experience putting strategies into place

-Strong Infrastructure/3rd line experience

-Knowledge of IT transformations will be a bonus

-An expert communicator and have the ability to work with senior stakeholders

-Knowledge of the Public Sector would be a bonus
