Position: Lead Business Analyst

Location: Leeds (mainly remote)

Job Description:

I'm seeking a talented and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join my clients team and drive forward their Data Transformation Programme they are embarking upon. As the Lead Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to drive key business decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and priorities.
• Utilise advanced analytical techniques to uncover insights and trends that will drive business growth and optimization.
• Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning within the business analyst team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent people management and team building skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in Agile or similar project management methodologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
