We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic Broker to join our growing team at LondonLink. The Broker will be critical in driving our business growth by servicing our client base in the UK and European markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing digital asset brokerage start-up, leveraging your sales expertise to significantly impact our success.

This is not a proprietary (speculative) trading role and is primarily sales-focused with a significant account management element. The broker will do some trading to hedge risk.

Working Location

This role is based permanently in our West London, Marylebone W1H 1EF office. Some hybrid working is possible after the 3-month probationary period but should not be assumed.

Start Date

3rd June 2024 (can be delayed due to notice periods)

Working Week

• Working hours (London Time Zone)
• Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Compensation

Depending on skills, experience and location, your package will include:

• Motivating performance bonus

Roles and Responsibilities \t

• Execute OTC trades on behalf of LondonLink's clients.
• Source new clients and develop existing relationships.
• Adhere to all necessary regulatory, compliance and business standards.
• Manage LondonLink's trading accounts on popular OTC trading platforms.
• Provide high-quality customer service to clients.
• Assist in the resolution of day-to-day client queries.
• Work closely with your manager to achieve prioritised business goals.
• Establish strong working relationships across the business with other departments.
• Work collaboratively or independently when required.
• Maintain accurate record keeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Significant passion for Bitcoin and other crypto assets.
• Legally able to work in the UK.
• Ability to locate and train from our Gibraltar office (first 4 weeks minimum).
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Affinity with new technologies.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work using your own initiative and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Ability to prioritise own workload and multitask.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Bilingual (seeking: French, Spanish, or German)
• Prior experience with cryptocurrencies, personal or professional.
• Professional experience working in a regulated sector (Brokerage, Gaming, Banking, MSB, PSP, FX, Compliance etc).
