    Permanent, Flexible 0-Hour Contract

    Working with local authorities, ICB's, NHS England and employers, we design, implement and evaluate innovative health and wellbeing services that will result in long-term health benefits through sustained behaviour change.

    As a Diabetes Practitioner you will be coaching service users on the Type 2 Diabetes Remission program, delivering 1-1 coaching via face to face sessions.

    A Key focus will be to encourage and help service users to make behavioural changes, set healthy lifestyle goals and complete the programme, assisting them to overcome potential barriers that they are facing.

    Minimum of undergrad Degree in Nutrition or Health Related Science (Sports/Exercise Science/Health Psychology OR experience in personal training with a level 2/3 PT qualification
    A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
    Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, with some flexibility to cover occasional evenings and weekends
