A specialist technical consultancy is seeking a Senior Ecologist to join their team based in London.

A full UK driver's license is essential for this role.

This is a permanent position with the flexibility for hybrid working.


The role:

• Co-ordinating surveys, projects and reports
• Provide encouragement and support to junior staff
• Work in conjunction with clients and consultees whilst ensuring a high level of environmental protection
• Ensure compliance with internal management system procedures
• Managing and mentoring of other individuals in the team

The candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a UK consultancy for private and public-sector developers
• Experience working/coordinating on a range of development/infrastructure projects
• Experience across a range of UK habits with a focus on bats
• Data management & analysis skills
• Good bat sound analysis
• Excellent knowledge of UK wildlife legislation & ecological survey methods
