Trainee Recruitment Consultant Wanted for Market-Leading Finance Recruitment Company


Are you a driven individual looking to start a lucrative career in recruitment? Our client, a market-leading finance recruitment company, is looking for trainee recruitment consultants to join their team in Central London.

With a basic salary of £20k-£24kand realistic on-target earnings of £45k+ in the first year, £65k+ in the second year, and £100k+ in the third year, this is an opportunity not to be missed


Responsibilities:


  • New client acquisition through cold calling and facetoface meetings
  • Offer preparation, negotiation, and presentation

Qualifications:


  • A high calibre (2:1 or 2:2) undergraduate degree
  • Drive and ambition to excel beyond expectations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A competitive nature and tenacious, resilient, and persistent personality
  • Sales experience is an advantage but not a necessity
