Looking for a Second Chef / Sous Chef to take part in a exciting new opportunity for the next 10 months, catering for a large school celebration event.
Job OutlineFood Preparation in all sections, assistance with menu planning, costing and food ordering.
Oversee that sufficient quantities are being prepared on schedule.
Ensure that food is served on time, correctly portioned and garnished.
Assistance in stocktaking, management of kitchen staff, supervision of food service counter.
Assist with management of kitchen hygiene and correct food storage.
Experience
2+ years of relevant experience
Qualifications:
- Basic Food Hygiene
- Awareness of COSHH
- 706/1, 706/2 or NVQ equivalent
Notes:
Good communication skills required and need an (enhanced DBS)
