£13-£14 per hour dependent on experience
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8-5 with 1 hour lunch (office based)

SF Recruitment are immediately looking to recruit an experience administrator with strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word capabilities.
Our client is a long standing manufacturing business who supply to the UK and worldwide.
This role is initially temporarily, however, for the right person it will lead to a permanent role.
THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director by helping to manage their biggest customers who are based in the UK, France and Spain.
- Handling calls from established clients to provide information.
- Passing over new orders to the Sales Team
- Handling and updating costings.
- Updating customers on expected deliveries
- Updating various spreadsheets on a daily basis
- Preparing documentation for meetings
- General admin support to the MD
THE CANDIDATE
- Strong organisational skills
- Competent user of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment, handling multiple tasks.
- Spreadsheets are used daily so being comfortable with data and costings is a must have.
- Clear and professional communication skills
