The commercial division at SF Recruitment, are looking for a HR / Recruitment resource to join their team on a full time, temporary basis in Loughborough.

You must be able to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy whilst being able to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders and colleagues.

About the role

Full Execution of recruitment processes
Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Create and manage talent pools
Create adverts that support the attraction of talent
Create strong networks both internally and externally to help stay up to date on market developments.
Proactively network across the business to obtain detailed knowledge of each area so you have a full understanding of the business.
Comfortable managing relationships effectively as well as collaborating with colleagues in a virtual environment.
