Brief job description:


Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Apprentice with EA Technology Ltd based in Capenhurst, just outside Chester.

The Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice works within the busy marketing team and supports the growing business.

They will execute relevant tactics across the marketing mix, both digital and traditional, in order to deliver the company's business objectives.


Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Main Duties

Traditional

  • Manage and measure within agreed budgets the execution of campaigns, product and service launches, PR, events, collateral creation and merchandise in close cooperation with the marketing managers and Head of Marketing.
  • Support company events.
  • Help bring to life our Asset Management message model by developing supporting collateral.
  • Help source innovative and sustainable promotional merchandise for customer campaigns.

Digital

  • Carry out keyword research to support company digital marketing campaigns.
  • Learn how to conduct onsite and offsite SEO competitor analysis.
  • Help to execute onsite and offsite SEO strategies (including link building).
  • Complete weekly and monthly performance reports using programmes such as Google Analytics and ahrefs.
  • Help to contribute to the company blogs and other external communications.
  • Guide the content team to produce SEOfriendly content.
  • Keep up to date with the latest SEM technology, SEO updates and industry changes.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

  • Experience / willingness to support events
  • Experience with and a commitment to learn about digital marketing SEO and CRM systems
  • Enthusiastic, confident, resilient and team player
  • Lots of energy and proactive in seeking out business opportunities

  • Experience with/ ability to learn analytical digital monitoring tools, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics

  • Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
  • Analyse and integrate information from the multichannel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both shortterm tactics and longterm strategies.
  • Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multichannel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
