We're looking for a
Sub Agent **to join our Infrastructure Major Projects team. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Reading/Basingstoke area with travel to Warrington.

Responsibilities


As a Sub Agent you'll be working within the Major Projects team and will initially be involved in the ECI phase of a major defence sector project.


Your day to day will include:

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of Performance Excellence and Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier standards.
  • You'll ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded and identify areas of development. You'll liaise with the Commercial Team to produce financial forecasts and final cost and value reviews.
  • Promote integrated working with other members within the project to create a oneteam ethos, including development of team members.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for cost management of your section of the project, ensuring robust control of Target Cost, actual costs and forecasts through commercial awareness.

  • You have relevant qualifications
  • degree level, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills including leading and managing technical teams.
  • Able to take the lead with client interfaces.
  • Able to establish project requirements and drive the team to deliver the outcomes in terms of safety, quality, cost and programme.
  • Excellent leadership and problemsolving skills.
