    A reputable and inclusive property firm are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their small team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in developing their career within client accounting and a chance to experience a wide breadth of different aspects of the job.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Calculating rents and receipt payments
    • Setting up and processing new tenancies
    • Dealing with account queries from landlords/tenants/staff members
    • Deposit releases
    • Bank reconciliation
    • Payment run
    • Running reports
    • Credit control
    • Contractor Payments

    Skills and Experience

    • Previous experience in client accounting role or similar would be essential
    • Experience using a property software would be ideal.
    • Bright & positive personality with lots of energy
    • Committed to excellent customer service
    • Willing to learn, improve & adapt
    • Ability to respond to different situations, landlords & tenants.
    • Intelligent approach to problem solving & ability to work independently (as well as part of a team).
    • Able to work consistently under pressure.
    • Good organisational skills.
