    Insurance Customer Service Advisor

    Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid)

    Package: £Negotiable + Benefits

    Paul Baker Insurance Services, a valued part of Brown & Brown Europe, are looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy & hard-working team.

    Paul Baker Insurance Services is a specialist insurance intermediary offering bespoke insurance cover for residential Park Homes and holiday Leisure Homes through an exclusive capacity agreement with a leading UK Insurer.

    We are a friendly people business, offering a more traditional, customer-focused service culture with freephone numbers, no engaged tones, no call centres and no answering machines.

    The day to day:

    • Responding to all incoming enquiries quickly and efficiently
    • Provide proposals that meet client requirements and communicate such proposals in a clear and helpful manner
    • Accurate and timely processing of documentation
    • Maintain the customer databases
    • Ensure information held is correct and up-to-date
    • Renewal of existing business
    • Take renewal instructions from customers when received
    • Undertake other such administration duties on a day-to-day basis as requested and provide assistance to colleagues when required

    About you:

    • Previous experience in customer-focused roles, ideally within the general insurance industry
    • Foundation Insurance Test (FIT) – qualified
    • Professional, proactive, positive and "can-do" attitude
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel
