Position:
Driver

Location:
Bridge of Don, Aberdeen (5 days a week in Bridge of Don office)

Hours:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week

Position Overview:


Our Client is a rapidly growing global partner of choice in integrity, repair and inspection services to the offshore, renewables, telecoms and nuclear industries globally.

They are looking for a Driver to report to the Workshop and Stores Manager.


Role and responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following:

  • Ensure goods are delivered and collected in a safe and timely manner, in line with customer and workshop requirement
  • General labouring tasks
  • Moving equipment throughout the yard
  • Manual handling tasks
  • Safe and efficient movement and delivery of goods and materials to dedicated delivery areas
  • Offloading equipment
  • Safe and secure storage of materials and equipment, both in yards and stores area
  • Driving company forklifts and vehicles
  • Deliveries and collections as required
  • Continually practice good housekeeping standards

Key responsibilities:


  • Delivering individual objectives
  • Adhering to Company values and HSEQ policy requirements
  • Recognising and adhering to all company policies and procedures

Key Skills, Attributes and Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • UK Driving Licence preferably clean, no more than 6 points
  • Valid B1 Forklift certification

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
