Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a well-established, worldwide manufacturer and global leader. Recruiting for a Telesales Executive, our client is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated member to join their successful team.
Offering attractive remuneration of £24K - £25K Per Annum + Bonus + attractive benefits including:

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9.To proactively sell products, service contracts and generate leads for the Region Sales Managers to new and existing customers in order to meet monthly targets.

Grow the customer database by cold calling prospective customers to sell products. Update the CRM system with new prospective customers to assist the marketing team. Research geographical areas to increase coverage for both service operations and sales.
Selling products and services over the phone

• Passing leads to the Regional Sales Managers
• Cross selling from service reports to new product replacement sales
• Use Salesforce to create accounts, contacts, opportunities and quotes
• Complete Salesforce tasks and update Salesforce at every milestone
• Process orders on internal sales system, updating changes as necessary
• Contribute to building relationships with other areas of the business to support the overall business objectives
