Role Overview:

As a Partnerships and Events Executive, you'll be instrumental in our Marketing function, reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships and Events.

You'll bring your expertise in events management to the table, playing a pivotal role in organizing and delivering impactful events both locally and internationally.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the organization of all Tes external exhibitions and conferences.
  • Manage thirdparty events to ensure timely and highquality delivery.
  • Oversee Tes event assets and merchandise, maintaining stock levels.
  • Support partnership initiatives, from project management to execution.
  • Conduct thorough research on events to align with business needs.
  • Establish and optimize event organization processes.
  • Collaborate with the growth marketing team to track and evaluate event success.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Proven experience in planning and executing external events.
  • Knowledge of events marketing best practices.
  • Ability to manage suppliers, agencies, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
