Objectives:

We are seeking a Broker specialized in Fx Forward CHF to join the team in London. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the financial markets regarding Fx Forward CHF with long standing, existing relationships with interbank traders currently in place.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage business development for the expansion of services to existing clients and procuring new clients.
• Pro-actively communicates regularly with clients in an effort to manage expectations and help ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts and identify new key relationships and drive sales opportunities.
• Suggest improvements to operational processes and ways to make servicing customer requests more efficient and scalable.
• Understand the desk's business strategy and seek to identify new business
• On-board new clients following the correct process with the Client On-Boarding team
• Expand the groups brand into new geographical markets.
• Assess client needs and financial conditions to identify internal cross selling opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Inter-dealer-broker (IDB)
• Successful proven track record and experience within a financial brokerage firm (existing client base is a must)
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and a proven ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
• Unlimited motivation to contribute to the broader team goals, as well as personal success.
• Excellent in customer relationship building, great sense of organization and autonomy.
• Fluency in English, German and other language is an asset.
