£22,759 per annum

**We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner to join our Maintenance Team. The team is
going through a time of growth and is looking for positive and proactive people to help promote
our ongoing commitment to delivering an excellent service to the residents & communities we
support. You will be helping to lead and develop our Cleaning Team to aid us implement our
new objectives ensuring a clear approach to maintaining our homes and properties where we
are recognised for our innovative working, forward thinking and friendly/caring style.
You will embrace a flexible working approach to deliver a cleaning service that provides the
best value to our people, residents and stakeholders ensuring they receive a quality, tailored
service.
This position is primarily responsible for performing window and communal cleaning services
for residential and commercial schemes, including interior and exterior cleaning of windows
and communal areas to the required cleaning specification.
Your main duties will include:
- Use of lightweight extension poles or waterfed extension pole and water purification
- Ensuring external communal areas are well maintained and free from rubbish and
- Undertaking maintenance work to assist the Group with the management of the

Who we are looking for:
- An enthusiastic, well organised individual who can listen and communicate
- A person who can manage their own workload and the workload of others, as well as
- Someone who can carry out all work to an excellent standard, comply with H&S,
the box.
- You will have experience of working within the housing repair and maintenance
- You will have a good understanding of Health and Safety issues related to working
- Must have a full driving licence.
For this role you will require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
