Lakes Bar & Kitchen are looking to recruit a Head Chef.

Based in the heart of the Cotswolds we need someone with strong leadership and organisational skills for our very popular and busy restaurant.

The Lakes Bar & Kitchen is situated in the exclusive Lakes By Yoo estate, serving both residents and guests from the estate, as well as open to the general public.

The Head Chef will also be responsible for overseeing and executing events and private dining.

Wed like you to enjoy a fast paced environment and ingredient led cookery with a supportive FOH team, backed up by our head office team in Cirencester.

Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of professionals to uphold the highest standards of quality, creativity, and efficiency

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and kitchen hygiene
• Rota planning and management with the support of the GM

Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and developing kitchen teams

• Relevant culinary qualifications and a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Competitive salary package, with earnings of up to £55,000 per year
