Description

The role of Group Finance Manager will report in to the Head of Finance and suit a qualified (ACA/ACCA) with a minimum of 2-3 years of PQE working in listed environment in industry

This role offers great exposure to the senior manaement team and will also have you involved in M&A activities and transformation project.

Its a role that will have a real impact on the business.

Your responsabilities will include:

Delivery on the Statutory accounts and reporting for the companies in a timely manner.
Leading the audit process to deliver the Statutory accounts by acting as point of contact between the auditors and the subsidiaries.
Prepare timetables and instructions to the subsidiaries to ensure reporting deadlines are met.
Involved in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of new accounting systems.
Reviewing Business Unit performance each accounting period, including continually building and improving the process by which Business Units present and explain periodic results.
Delivering adhoc projects to support continuous improvement of the Group's statutory reporting & control function, including liaising with the Group M&A team on significant nonroutine transactions.
