    ShortList Recruitment has an opportunity for a HR Systems Analyst to join a successful business, undergoing a huge IT transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent people services experience to oversee an IT transformation project in HR.

    The successful HR Systems Analyst will have experience in systems delivery in a people services environment.

    The HR Systems Analyst will have experience in:

    • Experience managing systems and data frameworks to support system performance
    • Knowledge of systems such as Payroll, HR, L&D systems and Recruitment, ideally using Oracle
    • Data analysis and IT capability including extensive use of Excel and MS Office packages
    • Communicate on a technical and non-technical level with internal stakeholders
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Analytical skills and able to analyse data sets and system structures
    • Ideally project, system and process change management

    The HR Systems Analyst role is based in Liverpool and is easily commutable from Wirral, Warrington, Runcorn, Widnes and Chester. The role is offering a salary of up to £40,000 and a fantastic benefits package which includes 9% pension, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays plus much more. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and will require you to be in the office for 2 days per week, which includes every Wednesday.
