    Generation Veeva is our global fresh graduate development program that has three main tracks in Europe – it's a development program started over 7 years ago with a strong reputation in the industry.

    We are seeking a Manager for the European University Recruitment team to work part of a global organization, with our excellent University Recruiters and seasoned program leaders.

    This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to drive strategy across several European countries and make an impact for all the recent graduates looking to start their career in Technology, Life Sciences, and Consulting.

    You will represent Veeva as a Generation Veeva Ambassador to connect, target, and build our employer brand across Universities and student organizations.

    Understand, own, and continue to develop the Consultant Development Program and Generation Veeva recruitment strategy (as it aligns to business needs) across UK, Germany, Hungary, Poland
    Collaborate with the Global Program Director for the Consultant Development Program to advance and execute the European recruitment strategy
    Together with the Program Coordinator and Global team, spearhead employer branding initiatives in key markets
    Ensure team successfully executes upcoming recruitment seasons across key markets
    Establish key metrics and analysis of recruitment efforts for the team and region
    Willingness to travel 25% of time in Europe
    ~ Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; 5+ years work experience in Campus/University Recruitment or Talent Attraction focused on European markets, experience hiring technical and/or consulting roles in Germany is required
    ~ proactively identify opportunities to improve performance; Experience with data analysis/reporting
    ~ Proficient with technology including Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter
