    Description

    We provide a wide range of diagnostic procedures within our modern purpose built department, offering specialist imaging such as lymphatic SPECT/CT to the Melanoma service.

    This exciting opportunity has become available just as the department enters a new phase of development. We have just installed two Siemens Intevo Bold T16 scanners and both of these are high specification scanners capable of quantification SPECT, so there is no better time for an aspiring professional to join us. In addition we will be relaunching our cardiac service following a comprehensive review and further investment.

    Main duties of the job

    To work in the Nuclear Medicine department performing high quality diagnostic examinations and to take an active role in the cardiac stressing rota. Offer expert advice and support to the department . Participate in any extended day, weekend, and Bank Holiday service provided by the department.

  • Diploma of the College of Radiographers or BSc in Radiography / equivalent Nuclear Medicine Degree
  • HCPC registration / Register of Clinical Technologists
  • Desirable criteria

  • Master's degree
  • Post Grad diploma in nuclear medicine or equivalent
