    Paragon Resource Solutions are recruiting on behalf of their client for a Technical Coordinator to join their successful office team.

    Main purpose of the role: To provide administrative support and coordination to the Commercial and Operational Team.

    Undertake day to day office administration, support and co-ordination for specific projects/ work streams whilst ensuring client, supplier and customer excellence.

    Support the teams with meeting the requirements of our quality, health, safety and environmental management systems, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed


    Scope & Responsibilities:

    Commercial:

    • Complete all Approved Lists, PQQ and Contractor questionnaires.
    • Manage PIN/ PQQ/ ITT timelines.
    • Maintain opportunities pipeline information and analysis.
    • Opportunities synopsis/ permissions to tender.
    • Assisting with the bid writing process for individual projects including attending site visits.
    • Assisting the preparation of framework bids including attending/carrying out presentations.
    • Support the quality sections of the ITTs and liaise with all relevant parties.
    • Submit completed tender documents.
    • Keep the bid library archive updated.
    • Keep the Bid Information Sections updated (i.e. policies)
    • Providing insurance and accreditation renewal information to clients on request
    • Collation of Technical data sheets/ H&S Design Co-Ordinator requirements/ O&M Manual collation/ Handover

    documents Operational:

    • Assistance at commencement of contracts/work streams with the production of health and safety documents, development of processes including tracker documents, flow-charts, project packs and checklists.
    • Support for supervisors including the development of site set-ups, ensuring PAYE and LOSC teams have appropriate PPE/equipment/resources for their work type
    • Occasional site visits or telephone calls to ensure the companies requirements relating to H&S, Environmental, Operational and Commercial Processes are being met
    • Production and tracking of Master RAMS files for both PAYE and LOSC teams
    • Assistance with the development of business processes to ensure compliance with our external accreditation bodies, including the roll-out of training via tool-box talks
    • Following up reports of non-compliance, including assistance to project managers and supervisors to close-off actions
    • Assisting with the tracking of external plant, company owned plant and equipment inspections
    • Tracking of defects post project completion and following defects rectification period inspection
    • Production of case studies on the companies range of work streams, including site photographs, work descriptions and client feedback Skills Required Skills and Attributes
    First rate communication skills (verbal and written), including telephony & in person.
    Computer Literate Excellent flexibility and adaptability

    Must be a team player Knowledge of Adobe / Graphic Design Customer Service qualification
    Excellent knowledge of all MS Office packages (Word/Excel/Outlook etc.)
    Experience with quality management procedures
    Able to work to tight ever-changing deadlines Qualifications Required
    Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent
    Microsoft Outlook - Intermediate Level
