Financial Controller | Not-for-Profit Organisation | Wirral | Hybrid Working

Castlefield Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a Not-for-Profit organisation within the Wirral area to recruit a Financial Controller on a months fixed-term basis.

Key responsibilities for the position include;

Leading and managing the finance team, ensuring the personal and departmental objectives are met
Contributing to the development, implementation and review of strategic and business plans as well as any associated financial policies, procedures and processes
Contributing to the development of the business strategy, operational plans, options appraisals and policy development to support and enhance business performance
Leading on the preparation and production of the statutory and company accounts
Ensuring accounts are produced on a timely basis
Working with the finance team to provide accurate monthly information
