The governors of this oversubscribed "outstanding" school are seeking to appoint a Science teacher. Cardinal Newman is a highly successful 11-18 Catholic comprehensive school set in 37-acre grounds in the pleasant outskirts of Coventry. In our most recent Ofsted visit, staff morale was identified as being high and we are fully committed to the positive wellbeing of our staff. The report April 2024 noted: " Pupils and students are a pleasure to speak to. They are proud of their school and value the opportunities they are given. Pupils feel safe and cared for at this school. Within the Science department, we take every opportunity to support each other, and we have a new well-planned and fully resourced curriculum to share best practice and support staff wellbeing. With two Science technicians, every teaching laboratory is fully equipped, well-resourced, has a visualiser and IWB to support teaching and learning.
