    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Working knowledge of immigration and tax relief/benefits for expatriates, preparation of Business Invitation letters for Business visitors (less than 180 days).
    • Responsible for expatriates and short term delegates' accommodation and related issues, generate and maintain working relationships with local travel providers, searching accommodations, manage the lease.
    • Entry point for education and schooling in Taunton
    • Responsible for Residence address certification
    • Build and maintain company policies and procedure
    • Take the lead with MEH and Construction Skills Matrix – ensuring all roles are included and relevant qualifications are allocated to each role
    • Work closely with HR to ensure compliance within training skills matrix, working with outside partners to ensure cohesion between French and English Skills and Qualifications
    • Overall management of HPC site administration team (2 On-boarding Officers and 1 Office assistant)
    • Lead the people onboarding process ensuring compliance, planning, resourcing, and attention to detail
    • Manage and develop a robust onboarding programme for all new starters
    • Manage Overseas vetting process
    • Work closely with HR to ensure smooth recruitment of new starters
