Description
Our client is a reputable & respected services firm. They are now looking for a collaborative and solutions focused HR Business Partner to join their team.


Responsibilities:


  • Partnering with IT business leadership team to develop and execute their people strategy.
  • Putting the organisations values (Integrity, Diversity, Collaboration, Excellence & Engagement) at the centre of all people activities.
  • Guiding the execution of HR programmes, processes, communications, and strategic initiatives and providing leadership and expertise on a wide range of HR issues.
  • Working in partnership with the recruitment team ensuring full alignment with the business workforce plans and headcount budgets.
  • Promoting a culture of internal mobility and succession planning that recognises the value of a diverse workforce.
  • Managing all employee relations issues, engaging with internal Legal and external counsel as required.
  • Partnering with the Head of Organisational Development on the delivery of group talent management initiatives to business leaders and managers including succession planning, talent mapping, and identification of promotion and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Managing the Performance Management lifecycle process for business areas ensuring high quality objectives, midyear reviews and year end appraisals with focus on meaningful conversations and career development planning.
  • Supporting the Head of HR in driving forward the diversity and inclusion strategy.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Strong HR generalist / HRBP experience, ideally within a Financial Services environment
  • Demonstrable experience of working credibly across all levels
  • Breadth of knowledge and experience within generalist HR including employee relations; change management; talent management; performance management; talent acquisition and reward.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading HR projects.
  • Experience of dealing with organisational change advantageous
  • Awareness and knowledge of employment legislation changes and employment law issues
  • Previous experience of Workday desirable

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£70,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
