We are working with a leading law firm in Belfast, is seeking a skilled Legal Executive specializing in Employment Law to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Legal Executive with expertise in Employment Law to support our team in providing high-quality legal advice and representation to our clients.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to employment contracts, discrimination cases, disciplinary procedures, and tribunal representation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents. Provide advice and guidance to clients on employment law matters. Assist in the preparation of cases for employment tribunals and other legal proceedings. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings. Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and case law.
Requirements:
Legal Executive qualification or equivalent experience. Demonstrated expertise in employment law, . Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Membership in relevant professional bodies is desirable.
