Are you a very reliable, hard working person who has high standards and likes to do an excellent job? Are you known for always going the extra mile?

If this sounds like you and you love the responsibility and accountability of being a nurse, we'd love to hear from you.

We celebrated our 150th birthday last year and it couldn't be a more exciting time to join our team as we embark on a £23m redevelopment programme

Our nurses make a unique contribution to enhance the lives of patients nationally and internationally. In return they are valued and developed to achieve their full potential

Whether you have neurosciences experience or are new to the specialty, we have a place for you.

The open day is a great opportunity for you to meet with some of our clinical team, learn more about the Trust, the job opportunities we have and how we can support your career.

We would love to see you

We are currently recruiting experienced band 5 nurses in a number of areas: Neurosciences and Critical Care and Theatres.

Why join the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery?

All of our new starters benefit from a comprehensive induction programme and local orientation to their clinical area.

Nurses who are new to Neurosciences will be supported by experienced mentors and have the opportunity to attend our established New to Neurology or new to Neurosurgery programmes.

We also have a highly dedicated team of Clinical Practice Facilitators who will be there to support your learning every step of the way.

Working at the National will enable you to work side by side with a truly multidisciplinary team who have highly specialised knowledge in their fields.

We are committed to supporting you through ward-based placements and Rotation programmes. We also have opportunities to study for a specialist nursing qualification with London South Bank University.
