Accounts Assistant
Swansea
Salary-£22,000 DOE

(1/2 hour for lunch)
Essential
- Sage
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Microsoft office intermediate

Responsibilities
- Preparation of Sales invoices and Sales orders
- Timely preparation of Sales Order for Sales Managers. Where necessary liaise with them to
- ultimately the needs of the business.
- Understanding of exporting, custom clearance procedures, Incoterms and preparing
- Prepare reports and reconciling retail sales.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel to prepare and produce reports.
- Setting up new customers/ suppliers and undertaking due diligence checks
- Entering purchase invoices in to Sage and reconciling supplier statements.
- Reviewing overheads, ensuring costs represent value for money or investigating cost savings.
