    Invenire are currently working with a leading Energy Transition firm who are looking to bring on a Corporate Finance Associate to help the team with Financial Models and Valuations.

    The role

    • Assist senior team members in the seamless execution of valuation projects from initiation to conclusion.
    • Effectively manage valuation engagements throughout their life cycle.
    • Conduct thorough technical valuation analyses for diverse purposes such as accounting, tax, commercial, and forensic engagements.
    • Produce concise, comprehensive valuation reports tailored for non-technical audiences.
    • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing clear guidance and support.
    • Offer valuable intellectual input and challenge senior staff when addressing projects with complex conceptual elements.
    • Conduct targeted technical research in specific valuation areas and disseminate key insights to the valuation team.
    • Design and develop high-quality presentation packs and pitches

    Requirements

    • Strong experience in valuations from a professional services background with experience in industry.
    • Ability to interpret financial statements in the context of valuations
    • Strong business writing, analytical and excel modelling skills
    • Effective written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent academic background including a professional qualification in accountancy or other related financial discipline (e.g. ACA or CFA)
