Venatu Recruitment are hiring an Internal sales and customer service representitive

Venatu are hiring an internal sales and customer service representive for our well established client located in Leeds.

The hours of work are Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm + Friday 8am - 4pm

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Inputting of customers' orders onto a computer system using Sage
• Dealing with customers enquiries/queries on the tele
• Communicating with warehouse staff
• Dealing with email orders, quotations and enquiries
• Planning transport delivery routes
• Updating of customer information
• Credit Control

Skills Required:

• Positive attitude & motivated
• Friendly & keen to learn
• Organised
• Ability to use own initiative
• Computer literate (Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willing to work alone or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail
