Business Development Manager - £30,000 + OTE of £50,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits - Lowton, Warrington/ Hybrid-working

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to assist us in growing our business to the next level.

We're looking for someone who wants to be part of something incredible and help us reach our goals.

**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring new opportunities are identified and developed through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Working closely with our HR and H&S Consultants to identify and progress sales / BD opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Working closely with our Sales & Marketing Coordinator and external marketing agency, to follow up potential enquiries from our marketing activity.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Business Development Manager are:

  • A proven successful track record in a recent B2B role, ideally professional services.
  • Experience of making outbound telesales / lead generation calls to call recipients at various levels in organisations.
  • Strong influencing and objection handling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Professionalism, integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage opportunities at a variety of stages.
  • High levels of IT literacy, including experience of using at least one CRM system such as ACT HubSpot, Salesforce or Goldmine.
