Our approach includes an integrated CR Department, including research, policy, philanthropy, government relations, public engagement and sustainability, as well as deep integration into the business.

The CR communications team is looking to fill the role of Associate, International Communications.

This role will report to the Head of International Communications for CR, supporting external and internal communications, content development and communications planning and execution to increase awareness of the firm's contributions to the community, achieve business objectives and strengthen the firm's reputation outside of the U.S.

The role will be based in London and cover markets outside of the United States, including EMEA, APAC and LATAM.


Responsibilities


CR Communications seeks an associate who will support the development and execution of creative and dynamic external and internal communications strategies that amplify the firm's impact in key markets outside of the U.S., including Germany, the UK, France and India.

The associate will focus on increasing the visibility of the firm's business and community impact with key audiences, including nonprofit leaders, policymakers, media, employees, customers and clients using traditional and non-traditional channels, including:


  • Helping design and execute strategic communications plans focused on reaching opinion influencers, community leaders, policymakers and clients
  • Partnering with communications colleagues to align with local business objectives though developing consistent messaging and outreach efforts and maintaining uptodate supporting data and examples of our impact work
  • Sourcing and writing content that tells the story of the firm's efforts and impact; developing collateral material to use for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal communications to equip employees with messaging and resources to amplify major CR announcements and firmwide impact stories; source content for internal newsletters
  • Coordinate with colleagues across CR, Firmwide Impact Marketing and Communications and other Departments across the firm to support the development and execution of outreach plans for all major nonU.S. announcements, new initiatives and other ongoing activities at key moments
  • Create and maintain communications calendars by country to track major firm milestones and relevant events
  • Support ad hoc communications assignments across communications and the Corporate Responsibility department.

Qualifications:


  • Relevant experience driving innovative communications strategies for corporations, campaigns or nonprofits
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships
  • Strong writing, analytical and problemsolving skills; sound judgment and strong collaborative decisionmaking skills combined
  • Commitment to exemplifying the highest standards of integrity and professional excellence
  • Experience with Salesforce, HTML design, database development and management, PowerPoint and social media platforms strongly recommended
  • Role is based in London.
