Murray Volkswagen have a fantastic opportunity opening up for a committed, customer focused Service Team Leader with broad experience within the Motor trade.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who is keen to take their career to the next level and work towards a Management role with a fantastic team in a strong Brand.

The role will include:

Working with the Aftersales Manager to optimise and increase profitability whilst maintaining exceptional customer service levels
Maintaining effective Service core processes
Effective analysis and interpretation of data
Troubleshooting
