Hours:
Mainly Monday to Friday (Occasional Weekend) 40 hours per week


Location:
Burton

We are recruiting for an experience Team Leader with proven coaching experience.

You will be joining a leading healthcare company helping customer advisors to provide a first-class service to patients, hospitals, specialist centres and patient family members.


Role:


  • Analyse performance utilising management information to improve performance
  • Training, developing and coaching team members to reach their full potential in delivering excellent service
  • Recognising and rewarding the right behaviors, while encouraging and celebrating team success
  • Identify ways of improving the quality and productivity of the team
  • Ensure effective and consistent communication throughout the team, encourage feedback and insight in order to enhance the patient experience
  • Carry out regular 121's

Required Skills:


  • Worked within a call centre or regulated environment
  • Lead or coached a team
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Able to deal with challenging situations
  • Target focused
