Hours:
Mainly Monday to Friday (Occasional Weekend) 40 hours per week
Location:
Burton
We are recruiting for an experience Team Leader with proven coaching experience.
You will be joining a leading healthcare company helping customer advisors to provide a first-class service to patients, hospitals, specialist centres and patient family members.
Role:
- Analyse performance utilising management information to improve performance
- Training, developing and coaching team members to reach their full potential in delivering excellent service
- Recognising and rewarding the right behaviors, while encouraging and celebrating team success
- Identify ways of improving the quality and productivity of the team
- Ensure effective and consistent communication throughout the team, encourage feedback and insight in order to enhance the patient experience
- Carry out regular 121's
Required Skills:
- Worked within a call centre or regulated environment
- Lead or coached a team
- Good negotiating skills
- Able to deal with challenging situations
- Target focused
