Sports Fun 4 All is a South London-based organization that supports 3–19-year-olds through sports-based activities. Our mission is to provide recreational and leisure time activities that improve young people's conditions, develop their capabilities, and help them grow as individuals and members of society. We were founded in September 2016 by our Founder & CEO Kieran Connolly, with the aim of providing football coaching for young people who were not part of organized football teams.

Role Description

All our sessions are based in South London. If you cannot travel to South London do not apply for the role.

This is a part-time on-site role for a Football Coach/Youth Worker. The Football Coach/Youth Worker will be responsible for organizing and leading football coaching sessions for young people aged 3-19. This includes planning and delivering training sessions, providing guidance and support to participants, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. The role also involves working closely with the team to develop and implement strategies to engage young people in sports-based activities.

Qualifications

• Football Coaching and Coaching skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and passion for football
• Experience in training and leading groups

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include:

• Experience working with young people
• First aid certification
• Safeguarding training
• Understanding of child development
