    Based in Warrington, Safariland UK are a leading provider of protective and visibility clothing to the police, military and private security forces around the world.

    We require an organised and professional customer service advisor to take responsibility for our international customer base and drive a best practice approach to customer service excellence.

    The ideal candidate will need to be an excellent communicator and have experience of dealing directly with customers, both over the phone and in writing. You will have experience of managing customer complaints and be highly computer literate.

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business at the beginning of a journey that will provide development opportunities for the right candidate.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Processing all sales transactions on the company MRP system.
    • Ensuring prices and contracts are up to date in the system.
    • Supporting the commercial team to ensure customer communications are effective.
    • Effective management of customer queries, and expectations.
    • Communicating customer feedback to the rest of the business.
    • Recording and resolving customer complaints, in-line with company procedures.
    • Maintaining sales information including order and quotation processing via the company CRM system.
    • Implement best practice and change initiatives throughout the department.

    Key requirements:

    • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time, with attention to detail.
    • Strong IT skills and experience in Microsoft office, ERP and CRM systems
    • Experience in a customer service role ideally with an international customer base.
