    Overview

    Finance Systems Accountant Permanent, full-time Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
    Location: Remote - UK or Mainland Europe (UK Timezone) Join our dynamic ASL finance team as a Finance Systems Support Specialist This pivotal role reports directly to the Finance Systems Manager and is instrumental in supporting our group finance systems, driving the expansion of our Group ERP (D365) and Group reporting tool (SAC) to our subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and maintain finance systems, assisting during month-end and key reporting cycles.
    • Uphold key controls and initiate continuous process improvements.
    • Roll out finance systems to our subsidiaries, ensuring smooth implementation and user training.
    Main Duties:
    • Resolve tickets in the finance systems helpdesk, covering routine admin tasks like setting up dimensions, resolving import issues, and user management in D365, SAC, BPC, and Blackline.
    • Develop and maintain D365 Financial Reports and troubleshoot D365 Electronic Reporting.
    • Support the finance team in maintaining an up-to-date consolidation system (BPC) and ensuring seamless data flow between SAP BPC and SAC.
    • Administer Blackline reconciliation tool, including quarterly audits and control maintenance.
    • Monitor and update the SAC reporting portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements.
    • Automate the integration between D365 and SAC for real-time management insights.
    • Lead the rollout of finance systems to subsidiaries, encompassing scoping, configuration, training, UAT, and go-live support.
    Requirements:
    • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Full life cycle implementations of D365 or equivalent ERP.
    • Proficiency in establishing and maintaining robust internal controls in centralized finance operations.
    • Strong passion for automation and process efficiency.
    • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and a focus on deadlines.
    • Control-oriented mindset.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with Dynamics 365 finance.
    • Familiarity with SAP BPC or similar reporting tools.
    • Knowledge of SAP SAC or equivalent reporting tools.
