    Site Maintenance Supervisor

    We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Site Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our commercial properties, ensuring that building systems and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise two local sites and oversee the maintenance work, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, and general building maintenance.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and progressing the relationship with the client.
  • Collaborate with property managers to establish and implement effective maintenance programs and schedules that align with client requirements, industry best practices, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, identify potential issues or deficiencies, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
  • Review and approve work orders, purchase orders, and invoices related to maintenance operations.
  • Investigate and resolve any maintenance-related emergencies or critical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in regulations related to building maintenance and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
  • Promote a positive safety culture, adhere to health and safety policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial real estate or facilities management.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software applications.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., trade certifications, professional certificates, etc.) are highly desirable.
