Interim HR Advisor

Near East Grinstead | Full or Part Time | Interim | £35,000 - £38,000

We are delighted to be supporting a local hospitality organisation with recruiting an interim HR Advisor to join them for approximately two months.

Working in a standalone capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day HR function for an elite hospitality setting near East Grinstead.

The role is based onsite with no home working available but does offer extensive benefits and a work setting second to none.

Role Duties:

Responsible for recruitment for the organisation
Coach, support and mentor managers through a variety of issues
Complete all HR administration, updating HR systems, issuing letters and contracts
Oversee payroll process in conjunction with the finance department
Ad hoc HR related projects
A strong HR generalist background is required
Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified not essential
Strong, robust approach with the ability and confidence to work in a standalone role
Diverse communication skills to build productive working relationships
