Please not this is a part - time role - outside of IR35
Build Clerk of Works required on various projects based in Birmingham (single site ) Mainly refurbishments projects. The Clerk of works will be required till the end of Aug/Sept 2024, you ll oversee Educational Projects.

The core duty of the role is to ensure that work is carried out to the clients standards, specifications and schedules and oversee the safe & efficient delivery of construction and quality throughout the Construction lifecycle by the Design & Build Contractor.

The client requires a suitably skilled, knowledgeable and experienced Construction Clerk of Works, to check standards of workmanship and materials and to make sure the design specifications and project deliverables are achieved.

£28 - £32.00 p. Hour, role is outside IR35 so Ltd companies welcome.
