Senior Trading/ Merchandising Manager - Fashion/ Retail


We are looking for an experienced Senior Trading/ Merchandising Manager to join on a full-time fixed-term contract, with the intention to go permanent, to work with a renowned British High Street brand, being responsible for strong trading results both nowand in the future as well as working with B&M teams to highlight product and marketing opportunities to drive traffic and conversions.

You will also have a team of Trading execs and Product Coordinators to manage.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Working a variety of platforms and systems for data analysis to make informed decisions regarding trading results
  • Performance reporting
  • Working alongside SEO to ensure content requirements are completed
  • Working closely with Content & Operations to maximise trading opportunities
  • Responsibility over divisional eCommerce trading plan
- eCommerce metrics forecasting

  • Work with Paid team to establish approach between marketing cost vs promotional cost
  • Competitor Analysis

Skills Required:

- eCommerce trading experience

  • Understanding of web metrics & KPI's
  • Experience using Google Analytics/ Web Analytics platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong leadership skills
