    Package Manager - Artificial Nesting Structure (ANS) & Offshore Reactive Compensation Platform (ORCP) required for a major offshore wind developer based in EnglandResponsibilitiesManage and deliver the ANS and ORCP packages within objectives of Project HSSE, budget, schedule, and specification.

    Develop a package strategy, with the objective to develop a reliable technical solution, optimising LCOE, and respecting Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements.

    Overall responsibility in the coordination of the day to day activities of the package.
    Management of the package schedule, progress, and expenditure against budget, including reporting on progress status and highlighting any issues.
    Define and implement activities relating to certification and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    Estimate CAPEX and OPEX to feed into the business model.
    Ensure that the package's risk profile is understood and appropriately managed with the support of the project Risk Manager.

    Establish contacts with the supply chain, evaluate their capacity, and ensure that fabrication and logistic optimisation and constraints are taken into account in the design process; carry out RFI processes where applicable.

    Assess contractor proposals, coordinating and assisting in negotiating contracts.

    Procure and manage the detailed design, ensure that the design optimise LCOE, takes fabrication and installation constraints into account and meets all requirements in terms of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.

    Ensure interfaces with other packages, contractors and stakeholders are identified and appropriately managed.
    Ensure consent requirements are met.
    Manage interfaces within the project, and interaction with supply chain via tendering and procurement activities.

    RequirementsHave a recognised degree in an engineering discipline, with extensive experience career development in construction management, package management, or EPCI delivery.

    Have strong relationship management skills.

    Excellent written and oral communication skills in multicultural environments, with the ability to enable effective discussion and cooperate with international partners in a constructive manner.

    Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
    Experience in managing work under CDM Regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act.
    Knowledge of the relevant regulations, codes and standards.
    Previous experience and knowledge in offshore construction is preferable.
    Strong commercial, contracts and negotiation capability.
    Knowledge in offshore construction programme development as well as the interfacing packages schedules.
    Proficient in basic Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).Ability to work and deliver against challenging constraints.

    Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage own workload, meet timescales and coordinate a number of external and internal stakeholders, sometimes under tight timescales.
