    You will also have extensive and recent generalist HR experience, as well as designing and implementing centralised operating frameworks.

    A track record of developing HR policy, matching leading HR practice to business needs, using complex data to inform decisions and present persuasive arguments to key stakeholders, is also imperative, as is leading and managing the HR aspects of strategic/major projects.

    You will have Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) Level 7 advanced qualifications - or equivalent and demonstrable senior HR experience - as well as a degree, or equivalent.a good level and knowledge of UK immigration legislation; Committed to diversity, equality and opportunity for all.
